Bihar famous aalu chap recipe
If you like potatoes, you like to eat chap in snacks and also like Bihari food, then you should know this recipe of potato chap today. Aloo chap recipe is easy, but also know what is the right way to make it and what ingredients you need for it.
Potato chap ingredients
Boiled Potatoes - 4 (300 grams)
Gram flour - ½ cup (60 grams)
Peanut - 2 tbsp (Roasted and coarsely ground)
Ginger - ½ inch piece (finely chopped)
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Garam Masala - 4 teaspoons
Parsley - slightly less than 4 teaspoons
Cumin seeds - 4 teaspoons
Red chili powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Potato chap recipe method
Add some salt, turmeric, celery, corn flour to the gram flour and mix well. Then do not dilute or prepare a thick solution by adding water.
Now grate the boiled potatoes and add green coriander, green chilli, garlic, ginger paste, salt and mix well.
Now give the mixed potato in small quantity and dip it in gram flour solution and deep fry it in hot oil.
If one side is friend, then cook on the other side of the flip side.
When there is a friend on both sides, take it out in the kitchen paper.
