1- Sabse pahle, ek bade bowl me 1 carrot, 5 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 onion and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,5-6beans chote chote kte huye. 
2- Aor usme 1 tsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp salt add kre.acche se mix kr le.

 3- Ab 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour dalkar acche se mix kr le 

4- Agr jarurat ho to maida thoda aor add kre.

5- now ek small ball k size ki balls bna lenge. medium flame pe oil grm kre aor bolls ko golden brown hone tk fry kr len. 

6- Ab manchurian bolls ko ek side rakh Len.

7- now ek pan me 2tbsp oil grm kre and 1inch adrak, 3 clove garlic, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion And 2 onion cut krke oil me dale.ab 1min pkaye and 2 capsicum dale apr hlka sa 1/2min pkaye .ab 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tsp pepper powder and 4 tsp salt dale.sauce ko mix hone tk pkaye. 14 cup water add kre and medium flame pe boil hone de.

8- Ek small bowl me 2 tsp cornflour and 4 cup water le.aor acche se mix kr le.Aor pk rhe gravy me dal de aor kuch time continue boil hone de.

9- prepared veg manchurian balls ko add kre. 2 tbsp spring onion dale and mix kre.

finally, serve veg manchurian gravy with fried rice.
