Potato chap ingredients  Boiled Potatoes - 4 (300 grams)  Gram flour - ½ cup (60 grams)  Peanut - 2 tbsp (Roasted and coarsely ground)  Ginger - ½ inch piece (finely chopped)  Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)  Garam Masala - 4 teaspoons  Parsley - slightly less than 4 teaspoons  Cumin seeds - 4 teaspoons  Red chili powder - ½ tsp  Turmeric powder - ½ tsp  Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste  Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon  Oil - for frying Potato chap recipe method Add some salt, turmeric, celery, corn flour to the gram flour and mix well. Then do not dilute or prepare a thick solution by adding water. Now grate the boiled potatoes and add green coriander, green chilli, garlic, ginger paste, salt and mix well.

Mithila famous  recipes  - Makhana ki kheer   Essential Ingredient    - 1 liter milk 1 cup Makhane 1 tsp Ghee 1 tsp Chironji 10 cashew nuts 10 almonds 1 tsp cardamom powder ¼ cup sugar.  Method Making Makhane Ki Kheer (1)  First cut cashews and almonds finely and keep them aside. (2)  Finely chop the makhanas and then grind them coarsely in a grinder. (3)  Now heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and fry the makhanas for 1 minute.  (4)  Heat 2 cups milk/500 ml in a sauce pan or a thick bottomed pan. Stir at intervals so that the milk does not scorch from bottom. Let the milk come to a boil (5) While the milk is getting heated up, reserve 1/3 cup makhana and add the remaining in a grinder or blender jar. Add cardamom seeds from 4 cardamom pods along with a pinch of saffron strands. Grind to a fine powder.
